These terms apply when you use latindancemovement.com or buy an online dance course from Latin Dancing Online, LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a course, you agree to them.
Our courses
Our courses are online video lessons. When you buy one, you get personal access to its videos for as long as we offer the course online. "Lifetime access" and "no expiration date" mean we won't take your access away or charge you again for the course you bought.
Your access is for you and the people you dance with at home. Please don't share your login, download, copy, resell or publicly post the videos.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each course page in US dollars and are charged once at checkout, unless the checkout clearly says otherwise. Checkout and payments are handled by ThriveCart and our payment processors. Any extras you add at checkout or on the pages after checkout (such as Part 2 or a bonus workshop) are separate purchases with their own price shown before you buy.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with a course, email [email protected] within 30 days of buying it and we will refund your money. No forms and no hard questions. Refunds go back to the payment method you used. After a refund, access to that course ends.
Dance safely
Dancing is physical activity. Warm up, clear some space, wear suitable shoes and go at your own pace. If you have a health condition or injury, check with your doctor first. You take part at your own risk, and we are not responsible for injuries that happen while you practice.

Our content
The videos, text, images and course materials on this site belong to Latin Dancing Online, LLC or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please don't copy our content without asking.
Other websites
Our pages link to and embed other services, such as YouTube, Vimeo and ThriveCart. We aren't responsible for their content or how they work.
Limits of our responsibility
We do our best to keep the site and courses available and accurate, but we provide them "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about a course is limited to what you paid for it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't affect courses you already bought.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
